What we do

Three things,
done properly.

Most agencies sell you everything and deliver none of it well. We do the three things that actually move a local business.

01 / BUILD

Websites

A site that loads fast, works on a phone, and tells someone in five seconds why they should come to you.

  • Designed and built from scratch — no themes
  • Written for your customers, not for you
  • Booking, ordering or enquiry forms that work
  • Yours to keep — no hostage hosting
02 / BE FOUND

Local SEO

When someone nearby searches for what you sell, you should be in the first three results. That's the whole job.

  • Google Business Profile, set up and maintained
  • Keywords real customers actually type
  • On-page fixes, page speed, mobile
  • A plain-English report every month
03 / STAY VISIBLE

Content

Posting once a quarter is the same as not posting. We keep the lights on, consistently, in your voice.

  • Social posts, captions and image briefs
  • Email to the customers you already have
  • Blog articles built to rank locally
  • Reviewed by a human before anything ships

In plain terms

What actually
lands in your hands.

"Digital transformation" is not a deliverable. These are. Whatever you buy, this is the stuff you physically end up owning.

The live website

On your own domain, in your own hosting account, in your name. Plus the source files, so any developer on earth can pick it up.

All the words

Every page written — home, about, services, menu, FAQ. Not lorem ipsum, not your old text pasted in. Written to be read by customers.

Your Google listing

Claimed, verified and filled in properly: hours, photos, services, categories. The highest-value hour of work for most local businesses.

Logins to everything

Domain, hosting, analytics, Google profile — one document, every account, all registered to your email. Handed over on day one.

A training video

A recorded walkthrough of how to change your own prices, hours and photos, so you're never held hostage for a five-minute edit.

A monthly report

One page. How many people found you, what they searched, how many called or booked. No 40-slide deck full of vanity metrics.

The content itself

Articles, captions, emails — on a schedule you can see in advance, and approved by you before a word of it goes public.

A named human

One person who knows your business and answers your emails. Not a ticket number, not a rotating account manager.

How it goes

Four weeks,
start to live.

A real sequence — each week depends on the last, and each one ends with something concrete in your inbox.

WEEK 01

We talk

Twenty minutes. What you sell, who buys it, what's not working. Free, and there's no pitch at the end.

You end up withA written scope and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you say yes.
WEEK 02

You see it

A real design of your actual homepage — your name, your photos, your prices. Not a template with your logo dropped in.

You end up withA homepage design to approve or change. That's what the revisions are for.
WEEK 03

We build it

Every page written and built. Forms wired up. Speed and mobile tested on real devices, not just a laptop.

You end up withA private preview link. Nobody sees the site until you've signed it off.
WEEK 04

You go live

We launch, connect your domain, set up the Google profile and hand over every login.

You end up withA live site, all your logins, and a training video. It's yours.

Pricing

The price is
the price.

Straight answers

What we
won't do.

You've been sold to before. Here's what isn't happening.

  • NO Guaranteed rankings. Nobody can promise Google's front page, and anyone who does is guessing with your money.
  • NO Fake reviews or invented testimonials. Every quote we ever publish will come from a real, named client.
  • NO Countdown timers and "only 3 spots left." If we have capacity, we'll say so. If we don't, we'll say that too.
  • NO Holding your site hostage. Domain, hosting, files — in your name from day one. Leave whenever you like.
  • NO Twelve-month lock-ins. If the work stops being worth it, you should be free to stop paying for it.

Why this matters

A local business runs on trust. Your customers know your name, your face, and where to find you. Marketing that would embarrass you in your own shop is marketing that will eventually cost you the shop.

So we do the unglamorous version: a good site, honest words, showing up consistently. It's slower than a magic promise. It's the only thing that keeps working.

Before you ask

The questions
people don't ask.

Usually because they worry it sounds rude. Ask them anyway — but here they are, answered.

How soon will I actually see more customers?

The website changes things immediately: people who already find you will convert better from day one. SEO is slower — expect around three months before rankings move meaningfully, and six before it compounds.

If someone tells you they'll get you to the top of Google in three weeks, they're either buying ads and calling it SEO, or they're lying.

Do I actually own the website, or am I renting it?

You own it. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is in your name, and you get every login at handover. If you fired us tomorrow, the site stays up and any other developer could take over the files.

Plenty of agencies do the opposite — they own your domain, and leaving means starting from zero. That's a business model, not a service.

What if I want to stop?

Send an email, give 30 days' notice, no reason needed. You keep the website, all the content already produced, and every account. No exit fee, and nothing gets switched off.

Do I have to write anything myself?

No. You talk, we write. All we need is one proper conversation about your business and a folder of photos — and if the photos are bad, that's an add-on we can handle.

You approve everything before it's published. Nothing goes out with your name on it that you haven't read.

Why is this cheaper than the agency that quoted me €6,000?

Because you're not paying for their office, their account managers, or the three people who sit in on your calls and say nothing. You get one person doing the work, using modern tools well.

The honest flip side: we're small. If you need a 200-page corporate site with a bespoke booking engine, we're the wrong shop — and we'll tell you that on the call rather than take your money.

Do you use AI to make the content?

Yes, as a tool — the same way a designer uses Photoshop. It's part of why the pricing works.

What you're paying for is judgement: knowing what to say, what to cut, what's actually true about your business, and reading every word before it ships. Nothing gets published that a human hasn't checked and put their name behind. If a piece of content is wrong, that's on us — not on a tool.

You're new. Why should I take the risk?

Fair question. Two answers.

First, the prices reflect it — this is the founder rate, and it goes up once there's a wall of case studies behind it. Second, the terms are built so your risk stays small: no lock-in, you own everything, and you see the design in week two, before most of the money is due.

Do you work outside Varna?

Yes. Local SEO works anywhere there's a local business, and the rest of the job is remote by nature. We work along the coast, across Bulgaria, and with clients abroad in English.

Get started

Twenty minutes.
No pitch.

Tell us what you're running and what isn't working. We'll tell you what we'd do and what it costs. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — and point you at someone who is.

Where

Varna, Bulgaria — working along the coast and remotely.
